Jesus Gámez, our Resident Chef at Restaurant & Bar, has training in Peruvian-Mediterranean cuisine and a career spanning more than 15 years of experience. He brings us a gastronomic proposal that pays homage to traditional Lima cuisine, with a cosmopolitan twist.
Jesus uses local, high-quality ingredients with the touch and flavor of a typical house in the city. Our goal is to be the meeting point of San Isidro, so that residents sit at our table to share and enjoy Lima cuisine.

Resident Restaurant & Bar is a tribute to the cuisine of Lima. Being a Resident means belonging to a place that connects you with the district of San Isidro and Lima. In addition to a private lounge for up to ten people, it has an indoor terrace overlooking a large pool. Located on the first floor of the Pullman Lima San Isidro, the restaurant is available for private reservations or individual groups.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm
- Maximum capacity: 80 people (Lounge) & 40 people (Terrace).
